I understand and agree to the following:

1. This is a one time free legal consultation and does not mean that Korean Australian Lawyers Association (KALA) or any of its lawyers is representing me now or will represent me in the future. I will only receive an answer, information or consultation on the issue I present today and 본 서비스는 일회의 무료법률상담을 말하며 호주한인변호사협회나 협회에 속한 변호사 누구도 귀하를 현재 대변하는 것이 아니며 차후에도 대변하지 않습니다. 귀하는 금일 제공하신 문제에 대한 대답, 정보 또는 상담만을 받게 될 것입니다.

2. I will receive free legal consultation from a KALA lawyer today only. When my consultation with the volunteer lawyer is over, I understand that my matter is closed; and 귀하는 호주한인변호사협회 소속 변호사로부터 금일만 무료법률상담을 받게 될 것 입니다. 담당 변호사와의 상담이 끝나면 그것으로 귀하의 사건 상담도 끝나게 됩니다.

3. I understand that any consultation, help or information I received from a lawyer in the past or will receive in the future from a different lawyer is not the liability of the KALA lawyer I meet today; and 귀하가 다른 변호사로부터 이미 받으신 또는 차후에 받게 되실 상담, 도움 또는 정보는 금일 귀하를 담당하는 호주한인변호사협회 소속 변호사와 무관합니다.

4. Today’s legal consultation is provided at no cost to me; and 귀하는 금일 받으실 법률상담에 대해 상담료를 지불하실 필요가 없습니다.

5. I am aware that the facility may not provide full privacy for my consultation and I accept the condition as-is; and 귀하는 본 서비스의 시설 또는 기관이 귀하의 법률상담에 대한 프라이버시를 완벽하게 보호할 수 없음을 인지하고 받아들입니다.

6. I consent to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information about me during the course of my consultation with KALA and any of its lawyers for the following purposes: 귀하는 호주변호사협회와 협회 소속 변호사들이 다음의 경우 귀하의 개인정보를 수집, 사용 그리고 공개할 수 있음을 허락합니다:

1. to assist in providing me with an answer, information or consultation; 귀하에게 대답, 정보 또는 상담을 드리기 위해서;

2. to manage accounts and perform other administrative and operational tasks (including statistical analysis, staff training and market or customer satisfaction research); and 본 서비스의 기록 관리와 행정과 운영에 관련된 일들 (통계 자료 정리, 직원 교육과 홍보 또는 고객만족도 조사 등)을 하기 위해서;

3. as required by relevant laws, regulations, codes of practice (including the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles); and 관련 법, 규정, 행동 규약 (1988 년 시행된 개인정보보호법, 호주의 개인정보 원칙들 등)을 따르기 위해서.

7. If I do not provide some or all of the information requested accurately and truthfully, KALA and its lawyers may be unable to provide me with an answer, information or consultation; and 만약 본 서비스가 요구하는 정보의 일부 또는 모두를 제공하지 않거나 허위로 기재하였을 경우, 호주한인변호사협회와 협회에 소속된 변호사들은 귀하에게 대답, 정보 제공 또는 상담을 해드릴 수 없습니다.

8. I can access my personal information and raise concerns regarding possible breaches of the Privacy Act or an applicable code by contacting KALA; and 귀하는 귀하께서 제공하신 개인정보에 관하여 개인정보보호법 또는 개인정보에 관련된 다른 규약의 위반에 대한 우려가 있을 경우 호주한인변호사협회에 연락하여 이를 표할 수 있습니다.

9. I confirm that I: 귀하는

1. am the person who has requested today’s legal consultation regarding my own matter and I am not receiving today’s consultation on behalf of another person; and 금일 상담을 신청하신 분이 본인임을 확증하며 상담을 받는 사건 또한 본인에게 일어난 일임을 확증하고 타인의 명의로 신청을 하는 것이 아님을 확인합니다.

2. have provided my full real name, contact details and other requested information truthfully and accurately. 본인의 실명과 연락처 외 법률상담에 필요로하여 요청한 내용들을 모두 진실되고 정확하게 제공하였음을 확인합니다.

10. I have received the above information in a language that is comfortable to me and I understand and agree to all of the above. 귀하는 귀하가 선택하신 언어로 쓰여진 법률상담 약정을 받으셨으며 본 약정을 이해하고 모든 항목에 동의합니다.
